"Driving strategic transformation across Postal operations"

This was the theme of the APPU Business Forum panel discussion in which our colleague, Manale Azar, participated. If you're a Postal organisation considering a strategic change here are six key points raised by Manale and the other follow panellists:

5. Adopt a business / commercial and customer focus, at all levels of the organisation.
6. Leverage the power of collaboration and partnership with external organisations to shape the future of the sector.
